SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Spiceurbeauty is your most thrust worthy aesthetic online shop and we carry a large stock of the most popular aesthetic products in our warehouse. We are therefore in a position to process and ship your order the next day after we approve and confirm your payment. Our confirmation of your payment will take maximum 24 working hours.

We ship 3 times a week ( Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.)

Regulations for shipping orders:

  • Upon payment receipt, Your order will be processed within 1-2 business day(s) and dispatched to your final destination
  • Maximum discretion and preservative measures are used in packaging and shipping.
  • Your order is delivered by first-class, priority airmail.
  • You are provided with a tracking number for your package by email

Courier

Most of our shipments are shipped with internationally acknowledged courier company’s UPS,FedEx and DHL and with Express service. We also have relationships with Other Logistics companies and may ship using these providers from time to time, upon our sole discretion. If Dermal Filler Solutions must ship via alternate carrier from method selected during checkout, we will attempt to contact you first with information regarding the change. If there is a significant difference in the pricing between the two methods, we may issue an invoice or credit for the amount of difference.

Tracking number & delivery time

  • The same day as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number enabling you to follow your order from the time it is picked up from our warehouse until it arrives to your shipping destination.
  • The delivery time to North America, Asia and Australia is normally between 4-8 working days and we provide our customers with a tracking number.
  • All products shipped by Dermal Filler Solutions will carry a minimum of 12 months remaining shelf life or more upon arrival.
  • Shipping cost will be stated clearly at the check out stage
  • It is unfortunately not possible to pick-up orders in our warehouse

Lost parcels & delayed shipments

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to track and verify the delivery of products purchased from spiceurbeaity.com The maximum delivery time is thirty (30) working days, as established by law. However it is very unusual that a delivery will take more than 14 days. If a package is delayed or miss a scan, The customer must contact spiceurbeaity.com . We will start a case at our shipping providers and provide details directly to you once available. Some investigations can take up to a month to conduct based upon the cause of delay and the carrier of shipment. We cannot resend or refund a package until after the thirty working days. Please understand that we have no control over delay times, especially those caused by Customs or other Government involvement.

Packages held or suspended in custom duties

Please note it is the responsibility of the importer (Customer) to know the rules and regulations of a country. If a package is stopped in customs we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the package released or reject it and have it resend to us. Once we receive the returned package we will either resend the package or refund the amount of the products.

Damage and Insurance Investigations

It is the responsibility of the receiver to notify us immediately upon identification of possible tampering with or damage to a package. If you receive a damaged or opened package, you must also report this immediately to the package delivering carrier. If package was delivered in your absence, contact the courier immediately upon identification of an issue and make sure to note any case/reference number they provide. Also, please take digital photos of the condition of the box and/or it’s contents immediately and contact us with the specific details. If there is an urgent need for an item, customer must purchase a new item and Queensdermafiller.com will refund original purchase price upon receipt of reimbursement from Insurance company

If spiceurbeaity.com  is not notified of failure to deliver package within 14 days, it is assumed that customer has received the package.

Return policy

Dermal Filler Solutions accept any products returned within 6 working days of receipt of the product as long as the reason falls under one of the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was received
  • The product was damaged upon arrival
  • The product contains manufacturing defects,

Note that, No returns will be accepted after 6 days.

Until you have received return instructions from us please preserve the products according to manufacture’s temperature and storage condition.

You will be offered either replacement of goods or a 100% refund of the products returned.
